Get FREE DELIVERY Inside Doha for QR 300 or above Orders | No Minimum order value

Mowjudi aims to deliver your orders within the next day for all Doha & nearby locations and 3-5 business days Nationwide (ex Al Khor, Mesaieed, Shahaniya municipality).

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charge QR 10 for below QR 300 orders inside Doha
  • Delivery to Al Khor, Dukhan, Umm Bab, Shamal, Al Shahaniya and Ar Ruwais is QAR 25

Delivery Schedule

Our delivery schedule runs from Saturday to Thursday. Please remember Friday is half hour only afternoon 2pm to 10pm.

Shipping Options

We offer a standard shipping option. Your orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address for a fixed delivery charge of only QAR 10 (All over Doha city) if less than 300 QAR order.

Delivery to Al Khor, Dukhan, Umm Bab, Shamal, Al Shahaniya and Ar Ruwais is QAR 25.

Mowjudi delivers Nationwide. Any order request with a shipping address located outside of Qatar will not be fulfilled.

Office Deliveries

Mowjudi ships to office addresses too. We will aim to deliver orders for shipping to office addresses from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been packed and prepared, you will receive a Shipment Notification email to let you know that your package is about to leave our warehouse, indicating the estimated arrival date of your package. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD), you will receive an email with instructions containing pertinent details (e.g. AM/PM schedule, exact amount to be paid, delivery address).

Authorized Representatives

If you are not available to personally receive your package, you may designate an authorized representative in the Checkout page.

Delivery Confirmation

When order is received, the recipient is required to sign the Delivery Receipt acknowledging that the items were received in good condition.

We reserve the right to request the recipient to furnish a government-issued ID to validate their identity before releasing the order.

If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Mowjudi.

Important Notes

Any guarantees made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from unforeseen events or force majeure.
